According to Vilsack, working together, we can ensure that America’s agriculture remains sustainable by implementing a special approach for emergency assistance, by reducing operating costs through funds investing in the production of fertilizers in the country, and by promoting competition in agricultural markets.

**Senator Chuck Grassley announced his intention to re-introduce the Affordable Care Act to prohibit the federal government from allowing immigrants to receive loans and services finance through the Farm Credit System.

Specifically, the law prevents the Farm Credit Administration from approving foreign buyers seeking to buy American farmland.
