The Wyoming Supreme Court has suspended Casper’s attorney, 12 others for failure to pay fees

CASPER, Wyo. — A Casper attorney is one of 13 suspended by the Wyoming Supreme Court for violating Title I, Section 5(b) of the Civil Code. Wyoming State Bar by not paying their annual license fees.

The list of suspended attorneys includes:

  • L. Craig Clayton – Casper, Wyoming
  • Samuel E. Bell – Cottonwood Heights, Utah
  • Tracy J. Cross – Durango, Colorado
  • Tyler T. Dugger – Billings, Montana
  • Deborah A. Enck – Westminster, Colorado
  • William C. Galloway – Aurora, Colorado
  • Lewis C. Hunter – Cheyenne, Wyoming
  • Aaron D. Lancaster – Atlanta, Georgia
  • Christopher J. Metcalfe – Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
  • John W. Rader – Lander, Wyoming
  • Richard A. Ramos – Cheyenne, Wyoming
  • Maureen R. Watson – Denver, Colorado
  • Phillip J. Wille – Ostrander, Ohio

In order to resume practicing law in Wyoming, each attorney needs to pay off their license and a late fee, then apply to the Wyoming Supreme Court for reinstatement of their license, according to a news release.

If a suspended attorney does not apply for reinstatement within one year of the date of suspension, the attorney’s membership in the Wyoming State Bar will be terminated in a Wyoming Supreme Court order. The lawyer will then need to comply with all the requirements that are allowed by the Wyoming Rules and Procedures Governing Admission to the Practice of Law, the state said.
