Issues affecting employees, including wages, promotions and workplace safetycontinues to weigh heavily on the minds of Americans, according to a study by Capital ONLYwhich annually ranks the performance of America’s public media companies on the issues most important to Americans today.
The 2023 poll of more than 3,000 Americans revealed issues that are important to a “just” business including paying a fair and living wage, creating jobs at home, professional leadership, protecting safety of employees, and supporting employee retention, advancement and training.
In total, 41 insurance companies were named on the list from JUST Capital, which classified the 10 P&C companies shown on the model as the best P&C insurers for 2023. In total, JUST Capital’s list ranked 951 companies across industries.
According to JUST, the companies that make its list have 4.5% higher profit, 2.3% higher return on equity and pay five times more in dividends compared to other organizations organized for the study. These companies account for 42% less workplace stress.
