RTI Bridge Loans is using more than thirty years of business connections to create the ability of private individuals and commercial businesses to provide financing for bridging loans, 1st and 2nd trust deeds, and hard money loans for investors and property owners.

“2023 is off to a strong start like 2022! We don’t see any problems closing loans on time, regardless of the current high interest rates or the slowdown in home sales, “said Robert Abbasi, President of RTI Bridge Loans.

Here are some recent closings of different types of loans and requirements:

City of Industry, CA:
The borrower was seeking a loan of $2,750,000 to purchase a manufacturing facility in the City of Industry with plans to occupy the facility and expand their business. The borrower accepted an SBA 504 loan at 90% LTP, however, the process with the bank was delayed, risking the high six-dollar deposit of the borrower if the transaction is not closed on time . RTI arranged a $2,460,000 1st Trust Deed and financed a $290,000 2nd Trust Deed loan to complete the capital investment that would allow the borrower to seize this investment opportunity.

Foothill Ranch, CA, and Cota De Caza, CA:
A borrower who has been in the telecommunications industry for a long time was looking for a $850,000 2nd TD loan on two houses to get a business letter/asset to generate more income for their business. RTI financed an $850,000 2nd Trust Deed loan on the borrower’s two properties so they could seize their savings opportunity.

La Jolla, CA:
The borrower was seeking a $600,000 TD 2nd loan on a single-family home in La Jolla to purchase 4 concrete mixer trucks for his business and to finance additional work. The lender made a large investment to secure the trucks which is doing a quick transaction because the trucks are being sold at a good price and the demand is high. RTI financed a $600,000 2nd Trust Deed to allow the borrower to immediately purchase the vehicles needed for their business and investment.
