Jefferson City Police and the FBI are continuing their investigation A credit union on busy West Truman Boulevard was robbed Thursday morning.
Detective Eric Wilde told 939 the Eagle that the River Region Credit Union was robbed around 9 am. No injuries have been reported, and the Jefferson Police Department has not released a suspect description at this time.
JCPD Lieutenant Dave Williams tells our news partner KMIZ that they identified a single person who broke into the credit union, adding police are actively working on the case. Lieutenant Williams told 939 the Eagle on Friday morning that no one is in custody.
