Balcer (upper body) was recalled from his AHL loan with Syracuse on Sunday, per the AHL’s trade page.
Balcers recorded two assists in six appearances with the Crunch during his stint. He has not played for Tampa Bay since November 25th and is currently on long-term injured reserve. Balcers have scored five points in 17 games and Lightning and Panthers this season.
