A lawyer who shouted at the judge and obeyed the orders of the court, was unable to convince the Second Division to cancel the punishment ordered against him, including suspension for 6 months from his job before said court.

The sanctions against Tara Demetriades, stemming in part from failure to comply with the time limits set by the court and the proper investigation of some cases, should remain, according to the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
