Generation USA and Envision Credit Union Partner for the Credit Union Member Services Specialist Program

TALLAHASSEE, Fla., Jan. 25, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Generation USA and the League of Southeastern Credit Unions and Affiliates partnered with Credit Union Overview on Generation USA Special Program for Member Servicesis part of the Southeastern Credit Union Foundation (SECUF) Community Spark Program in Florida.

This five-week tuition-free, fully online program allows students to learn the basics of credit unions, call centers, information management, and online banking.

Credit Union Member Services Specialists work at credit unions as videographers, personal advertisers, or call center agents. They are responsible for providing exceptional member services through financial policy changes and solving customer problems and requests.

After the program, students will have the opportunity to interview with Generation USA partners.
