Attorney General Tong’s Statement on the Tragic Death of State Representative Quentin Williams

(Hartford, CT) – Attorney General William Tong released the following statement regarding the tragic death of State Representative Quentin Williams.

“I met Q before he became a state legislator when he was a local school advocate in Stamford, and I can only think of one word to describe it. he—hope. Q was always full of hope and opportunity. He had a spirit that remained positive and willing. We need his knowledge more than ever, and that is why it is so difficult to lose him. I send my deepest condolences to his wife and family and to the community he loved and served,” said Attorney General Tong.
