“This decision misrepresents the tragic death of Halyna Hutchins and represents a terrible miscarriage of justice,” “30 Rock” attorney Luke Nikas told The Post in a severe rebuke of New Mexico authorities.
“Mr. Baldwin had no reason to believe there was a live bullet in the gun — or anywhere on the movie set,” he continued. “He trusted the professionals he worked with. ai, who assured him that the gun had no live games.”

“We will fight these charges, and we will win.”
The heroine of the film, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, will face the same charges as Baldwin, who also denies responsibility.
The latest on the film was filmed Halyna Hutchins

The long-awaited charges against the three emerged after a lengthy investigation by the Santa Fe District Attorney’s Office.
